Return policy
Return and Complaint Policy
The customer has the right to return products and/or file a complaint in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia. Below we provide the conditions and procedure for exercising these rights.
1. Return of Physical Products (Printed Books)
The customer has the right, without stating a reason, to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the ordered product.
Conditions for exercising the right of return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Return is possible with a receipt or other proof of purchase

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
Return Procedure:

Send an email to romb.doo@gmail.com with the subject Return Request – [order number].

Include in the email: full name, order number, reason for return (optional), and IBAN for the refund.

Send the product to the address:
ROMB d.o.o., Braće Radić 6, 31500 Našice, Croatia
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product, using the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Return of Digital Products (E-books)
According to Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of unilateral contract withdrawal does not apply to digital products (such as e-books) delivered via email or downloaded from the website, once their download has started with the explicit consent of the customer.
Therefore, refunds for e-books are not possible after the customer has downloaded the file, unless:

the file was not delivered

the file is damaged and cannot be opened

the wrong title was purchased due to a system error
In such cases, contact us at romb.doo@gmail.com, and we will provide a correct copy or issue a refund.
3. Complaints and Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong title, please contact us no later than 3 working days from receipt of the shipment.
In the case of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to:

refund

price reduction
