ORDERING

The buyer orders a product or products via the electronic order form. A buyer is considered any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and submits the order. All prices are expressed in euros with VAT included. Products are ordered electronically by clicking on the desired product and adding it to the shopping cart. Products are considered ordered when the buyer selects and confirms the payment method.

PAYMENT

Ordered products or services are paid online using one of the credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, or Visa.

DELIVERY

Ordered products are packed so that they are not damaged during normal handling. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment and immediately report any damage to the delivery person (employee of the delivery company). The seller is not responsible for damages that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to notify the seller so that measures can be taken to locate the shipment or send a replacement.
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods ordered from the seller, the buyer is obliged to cover all costs related to the delivery.
The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer upon receiving confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the seller commits to dispatch the shipment within 5 (five) working days.
Once the delivery company receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further delivery process, delays, or problems that may occur regarding handling and delivery.
If the buyer chooses the product download option, the seller commits to sending a notification exclusively via email to the buyer containing the download links and instructions. After receiving the email (download notification), the buyer can immediately access the product download.

COMPLAINTS

The seller is obliged to deliver a technically functional product that corresponds to the product description on www.diamondtrilogy.com
. The image illustrating the product on the website may not match the actual product appearance, and the buyer cannot complain about this segment.

In the case of technical defects of a physical book (e.g., printing damage, misbound pages) or inability to open or read a PDF edition due to a technical file error, the seller assumes full responsibility. The buyer must report the defect no later than 4 (four) working days after receiving the product.

For physical books, the buyer must return the defective copy by mail, with proof of delivery. For PDF editions, the buyer must provide a description of the problem and, if possible, evidence (e.g., screenshot). After reporting and verification, the seller will send the correct physical book or correct PDF file within 3 (three) working days at no additional cost to the buyer.

In these cases, the buyer is not entitled to request a refund, only a replacement (correct) product.

The seller is not responsible for potential damages or other obligations that fall under the delivery company’s domain.
If the buyer chooses the product download option and cannot complete the download due to technical problems on the seller’s server, the seller will send an email with a new download option at no cost to the buyer.
If the buyer still cannot download the product due to technical issues on the seller’s server, the buyer must contact the seller’s sales service, which will provide an adequate solution without requiring any additional payment or costs from the buyer. The buyer is not entitled to a refund in this situation.
Instructions and rules for creating an online store

If the buyer cannot download the product due to technical problems caused by the buyer, operator, or a third party, the seller is not responsible and is not obliged to provide the download or delivery free of charge.
The buyer must download the product within 5 (five) working days; after this period, the product will no longer be downloadable, regardless of payment. In this case, the buyer waives any right to complain.
